When I was checking my mail I came across a mail send by my friend in which Someone has put his views about reservation like this !!!!!!!!!
"I think we should have job reservations in all the fields. I completely support the PM and all the politicians for promoting this. Let's start the reservation with our cricket team. We should have 10 percent reservation for muslims. 30 percent for OBC, SC/ST like that. Cricket rules should be modified accordingly. The boundary circle should be reduced for an SC/ST player. The four hit by an OBC player should be considered as a six and a six hit by a OBC player should be counted as 8 runs. An OBC player scoring 60 runs should be declared as a century.
We should influence ICC and make rules so that the pace bowlers like Shoaib Akhtar should not bowl fast balls to our OBC player. Bowlers should bowl maximum speed of 80 kilometer per hour to an OBC player. Any delivery above this speed should be made illegal.
Also we should have reservation in Olympics. In the 100 meters race, an OBC player should be given a gold medal if he runs 80 meters.
There can be reservation in Government jobs also. Let's recruit SC/ST and OBC pilots for aircrafts which are carrying the ministers and
politicians (that can really help the country.. )
Ensure that only SC/ST and OBC doctors do the operations for the ministers and other politicians. (Another way of saving the country..)
Let's be creative and think of ways and means to guide INDIA forward...
Let's show the world that INDIA is a GREAT country. Let's be proud of being an INDIAN..

Yup, it's truely funny, but as painful as it can be. Specially with the latest talks about having more seats reserved in IITs and IIMs, it's really disheartning to see how these politicians can get ready to ruin things just for vote banks !! Come and see how many ppl from reserved categories are able to graduate from here and you shall be shocked !! Now will they have different criterion for reserved category ppl for graduate even ? If you really wanna get these weaker sections of society uplifted, one need to enforce basic education that would make these ppl's foundation strong and would enable them to compete in today's world !!
I dont know why people are furious about providing reservations to OBCs,why hush over that.SC/ST reservations are never talked about?though they have been enjoying the privelage since independence....
Reservation was introduced just to have equality in our social system,that means equal participation in power corridor and this was done so that the society dont fall prey in the hands it use to be..what was the scene everyone knows that...
certain castes in OBC classes have exercised good control over agriculture and dairy,they were economically sound but their participation in power corridor was minimal,what if they are asking for that?its their right and they must get it else everyone knows what happened in the southern states of the country,things will keep on repeating.
Let me know when ever you go to school,hospital or anywhere who is bothered about the caste of the concerned person?its all rubbish...
Since the media be it print or electronic has also got such lobbies therefore they highlight anti reservation,but suppose a day
comes when media is controlled by SC/ST/OBC,do you think they are going to air such anti reservation issues?why should they?
OBCs are socially not so backward and economically sound and these reservations can put them in much better condition that is why there is so hush,and about SC/ST s Upper strata knows that this thing will take another 100 years to crop up,that is why they dont talk about their issues.
The reservation has nothing to do with this rubbish story of cricket team and all,just try to feel the motive behind it.
